Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 13 August 2026

MatrixPro24 (“MatrixPro24”, “the Website”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an independent financial market analysis and informational website operated from Latvia. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data may be processed when you use matrixpro24.com, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and what rights you may have.

Information We Process

Depending on how you use the Website, we may process the following categories of information:

  • Account information: username, email address, authentication credentials and account settings provided when you create or manage a free MatrixPro24 account.
  • Profile and feature data: Favorites, Follow selections and profile-based update status used to provide the account features you choose.
  • Direct correspondence: your email address, message content and any information you voluntarily provide when you contact us by email. MatrixPro24 does not currently use a website contact form.
  • Technical and security data: information such as IP address, browser or device information, request data and security logs that may be processed by the Website, hosting infrastructure and security tools for operation, fraud prevention, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics data: website usage and interaction information processed through Google Analytics. Analytics cookie storage is controlled by the Website’s consent settings. When analytics storage consent is denied, Google Consent Mode may still transmit limited cookieless measurement pings without reading or writing first-party Analytics cookies, as described below.
  • Cookie and consent information: information necessary to store your cookie preferences and consent choices. Details of the cookies and similar technologies currently detected on the Website are maintained in our Cookie Policy.

Why We Process Personal Data

  • Account creation and authentication: to create, secure and operate the free account requested by you.
  • Account features: to provide Favorites, Follow functionality, access to account-restricted content and profile-based update information for analyses you choose to follow.
  • Communication: to receive and respond to messages sent to info@matrixpro24.com.
  • Website security: to prevent spam, automated abuse, unauthorized access and other security threats, including through tools such as Google reCAPTCHA on registration and login functions.
  • Analytics: to understand website traffic and usage patterns and improve the Website. Analytics cookie storage is subject to the applicable consent settings; limited cookieless measurement signals may be transmitted under Google Consent Mode when analytics storage is denied.
  • Legal compliance: to comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful requests where required.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, MatrixPro24 relies on the following legal bases as appropriate:

  • Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request: for creating and operating your requested user account and providing the account functions attached to it.
  • Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests: for website and account security, abuse prevention, technical administration and responding to direct correspondence, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
  • Article 6(1)(a) — consent: for Google Analytics cookie storage and other non-essential cookies or tracking technologies where consent is legally required. You may withdraw or change that consent through the Website’s cookie preferences.
  • Article 6(1)(c) — legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

User Accounts and Profile Features

MatrixPro24 currently provides free user registration. A registered user may use account features including Favorites, Follow functionality, access to the full MatrixPro24 Analytical View where applicable, password changes and email-address changes. The username is not currently editable through the user profile.

Following an analysis does not currently subscribe the user to marketing or analysis-update emails. Update information is shown inside the user’s MatrixPro24 profile. A user can stop following an analysis by removing it from Favorites.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Website is used. Analytics cookie storage is treated as non-essential and is not intended to be enabled unless the required consent has been provided through the Website’s cookie controls.

Google Analytics is implemented with Google Consent Mode. When analytics_storage is denied, Google states that first-party Analytics cookies are not read or written, but cookieless measurement pings may still be sent to Google Analytics for measurement and modeling. Google states that these cookieless pings may include limited technical or contextual information such as user agent, screen resolution, page information and the IP address involved in ordinary network communication; Google also states that it does not store or log IP addresses from these pings. When analytics consent is granted, Analytics cookies and fuller measurement may operate in accordance with the consent settings.

MatrixPro24 has configured Google Analytics user-level and event-level data retention to 2 months. The setting that resets the user-data retention period when new user activity occurs is disabled. Google states that this retention setting applies to user-level and event-level data and does not control standard aggregated Analytics reports.

For information about Google’s processing and privacy practices, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s information about data protection in Google Analytics.

Google reCAPTCHA and Account Security

Google reCAPTCHA is used on registration and login functions to help distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse and to protect the Website and user accounts. In connection with this security function, Google may process technical, device, browser and interaction information in accordance with Google’s applicable privacy terms.

Where a particular storage or tracking operation requires consent under applicable law, that requirement remains subject to the Website’s cookie-consent controls and the information in our Cookie Policy.

Cookies and Consent Choices

MatrixPro24 uses necessary cookies for essential Website functions. Non-essential Analytics cookie storage and other non-essential storage or tracking technologies are subject to the consent requirements that apply to them. Under the Website’s current Google Consent Mode implementation, rejecting analytics consent prevents first-party Analytics cookie storage but may still allow limited cookieless measurement pings as described in the Google Analytics section above.

The Website provides controls to Accept, Reject or Manage preferences. You can revisit your cookie preferences to change or withdraw consent. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent the use of cookies that are strictly necessary for the Website or requested account functions.

The Website’s cookie inventory is maintained through the live Cookie Policy, which should be consulted for current cookie names, purposes, providers and retention information.

Service Providers and Data Recipients

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Personal data may be processed by service providers only to the extent necessary to operate, secure, host or measure the Website. Current relevant providers include:

  • Hostinger: website hosting and related infrastructure services.
  • Google Analytics: website measurement and analytics. First-party Analytics cookie storage is subject to the applicable consent settings; limited cookieless measurement pings may be transmitted when analytics storage is denied under Google Consent Mode.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: registration and login security and abuse prevention.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, a binding legal process or a competent public authority.

Advertising, Affiliate Tracking and Marketing Email

MatrixPro24 does not currently use Google AdSense and does not currently operate an affiliate-tracking monetization program. If advertising, affiliate tracking, sponsorship or another monetization model is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the relevant disclosure and cookie information must be updated before or when the new processing begins.

MatrixPro24 does not currently operate a newsletter or marketing email subscription. Following analyses or adding them to Favorites does not create a marketing-email subscription.

International Data Transfers

Some technology providers used by the Website operate internationally, and personal data may therefore be processed outside the country in which you are located. Where the GDPR requires safeguards for a transfer outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer mechanism provided for the relevant service is used, such as an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Google publishes information about the transfer mechanisms it uses in its data transfer framework information.

Data Retention

  • Account and profile data: retained while your account remains active and is needed to provide the account functions you requested.
  • Favorites, Follow and profile update data: retained while associated with your active account or until you remove the relevant selection.
  • Google Analytics stored user/event-level data: configured for a 2-month retention period. Google’s standard aggregated reports and cookieless Consent Mode measurement are subject to Google’s separate product behavior and retention rules.
  • Direct email correspondence: retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, handle follow-up issues, protect legitimate interests or meet a legal obligation.
  • Security, technical and backup data: retained according to the period reasonably required for security, troubleshooting, backup integrity and applicable legal obligations. Data remaining temporarily in backups is not used for ordinary account functionality and is deleted or overwritten through the applicable backup lifecycle.

Where a longer period is required by law, necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or needed to investigate security abuse, the relevant information may be retained for that limited purpose.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your MatrixPro24 account by emailing info@matrixpro24.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting the account.

After a verified deletion request is processed, the active WordPress user account and associated MatrixPro24 account data, including profile information, Favorites/Follow preferences and profile update information, are deleted from the active account system, except for information that must be retained temporarily for technical backup, security or legal reasons as described above.

Your Privacy Rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request deletion of personal data where the legal conditions are met;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive personal data in a portable format where the right to data portability applies;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal; and
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise a privacy right or request account deletion, contact info@matrixpro24.com. We may request only the information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized requests.

Supervisory Authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data-protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Latvia, the supervisory authority is:

Automated Decision-Making

MatrixPro24 does not currently use personal data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on users.

Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to external websites. Those websites operate under their own privacy practices and policies, and MatrixPro24 is not responsible for their independent processing activities.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. Security measures include account authentication, access controls, hosting and platform security measures and anti-abuse tools. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Website functionality, service providers, data practices or legal requirements materially change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes that affect consent or require additional notice will be handled as required by applicable law.
